They are a drop shipper of poor quality goods that rely on people not returning items. Even though they have items that ship from the United States, they will require any returns to be paid for by the buyer and shipped to Ireland.

They have several hurdles in place to sway buyers form returns. When contacting them about a return, they will require you to submit photos via email, then they will provide you the option of a 50% refund or to return the item, at your expense, to Ireland.

My experience was that I purchased a hoodie with a cat pouch that when I received it was not what was expected, based on photos on the site. The hoodie was thin enough to where you could see through it, the pouch wasn't sticked well where it started to come apart when my cat was placed in it, and the thumb holes on the sleeves were not evenly sticked so one sleeve pulled more into the tumb than the other causing that side to hurt. Also, and this is somewhat understandable, the color was not quite as what it was shown on the site.

Honestly, you are better off buying the cheaper version of any item off of Amazon, eBay, or AliExpress -- it'll probably going to be the same quality, you'll have paid less, and in some cases have an option to return.

The quality of the items are poor and based off of how the business is setup, it would seem they sell the same low quality goods that you can find at places like AliExpress, Amazon, or even eBay. Pawsome Couture just charges a lot more.

The items are not produced in the US and they either warehouse or drop ship items from US distribution centers.
